Efficient infrared heater combined with a stirrer delivers faster, evenly heated fluids. A 900-watt infrared heater can boil a liter of water over 30% faster than a conventional, 1200-watt ceramic hot plate. Rare earth magnets provide powerful stirringup to 15 litersand feedback control from 100 to 1500 rpm.
